Evelyn Lozada Wants Restraining Order Lifted for Chad Johnson?!

I’m willing to bet that Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is somewhere wiping his brow as he may have one less thing to worry about.

Word on the sidewalk is that his ex-wife, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada, wants the “no contact order” between them lifted. According to reports, Lozada is requesting the order be lifted so they can “move on.” Despite that request, TMZ is reporting that Evelyn has no plans to reconcile their relationship at this point. As widely reported in August, Johnson allegedly head-butted Lozada during an argument at their home in South Florida. He was later charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and received an order to refrain from contacting or seeing

Lozada. Johnson and Lozada were married in a lavish ceremony just weeks prior to the incident. In July, their nuptials were recorded for the VH1 series Ev & Ocho, but the show as canceled following the incident. In related news, Lozada suggested Ev & Ocho was “still up in the air,” with VH1 having an option to air it. It is unclear if the network will choose to air the project, which was replaced with another show featuring a popular reality television couple.

Chris Brown’s "Fortune" Album Vandalized In London?!

Huntee it seems as if the world will never let R&B singer Chris Brown live down that *ss-whipping he laid on Rihanna back in 2009. Though American music fans have somewhat calmed the criticism down, the folks over in London have not. Chris Brown’s album “Fortune” was recently vandalized in London record stores. Despite “Fortune” being a number one album in the UK, an unknown person or group placed stickers on the packaging urging people not to buy the singer’s album because he beats women. UK publication Gigiwise reported on the issue saying:

The stickers have appeared in HMV stores in London, and are thought to be the work of anti-domestic violence campaigners. The stickers read: ‘Warning – Do not buy this album! This man beats women.’

 

Chris Brown has successfully overcome the domestic violence stigma after beating Rihanna into a bloody pulp in 2009 as the pair were en route to the Grammy Awards. He has recently been attempting to make up for his actions by visiting victims of domestic violence.

 

Speaking of his recent work with a US charity, the “Turn Up The Music” star said: “It’s in my heart to show my fans, my friends and family and the families at Jenesse who stood by me they were right to give me another chance. I’m working hard to make them proud.”

Chris Brown Wants Rihanna to Shut the Hell Up About the Domestic Violence Ordeal?!

Chiiile they say Chris Brown is allegedly “confused” over ex-girlfriend Rihanna‘s decision to keep bringing up the 2009 domestic violence that rocked the entertainment world and temporarily ruined his career. Word on Radar Online’s sidewalk is that Chris doesn’t think it’s “productive.”

Rihanna and Oprah have been discussing the ordeal on the forthcoming episode of ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter.’ The “Where Have You Been” singer revealed that she was concerned for Chris after the altercation. The source claims:

“Chris is just confused about Rihanna’s decision to bring up the past again and again — this time in an interview with Oprah,” a source tells Radar. “Rihanna has previously given wide ranging interviews about the beating to Diane Sawyer and several print magazines. Chris just doesn’t think it’s productive or relevant to rehash the events since essentially nothing new is being revealed in the interview Rihanna has done with Oprah. Chris doesn’t begrudge Rihanna at all for talking about it but he thinks that in order for them to both move forward and not be defined by that one night, it would be better to stop bringing it up.”

Anyhoo, just in case you care, Rihanna’s interview airs on ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ today at 9pm on OWN.

SN: While sourcing for this post via one of my favorite blogs, Rhymes With Snitch, I skimmed their comments section and got my life from a guy who goes by the name of “Robert the Magnificent.” Peep his advice to Chris and Rihanna:

Is Mariah Carey so worried about Rihanna that she’s conspiring to stage an intervention on her behalf? According to Star Magazine, the answer is yes. Word on the sidewalk is that Mariah has decided to swoop in on her swarovski-encrusted microphone stand and rescue the Barbadian beauty before she self-destructs! This all comes on the heels of swirling rumors of a Rihanna and Chris Brown reunion. 

Though I’d be remiss not to note that the tabloid is to accurate journalism as the old folk’s remedy of putting butter on a fresh burn is the best way to stop it from blistering. If you didn’t catch the shade in that, then mutha’ certainly doesn’t have another way to guide you to the light at this time. Anyhoo, here’s the tea as it appears on Rhymes with Snitch:

“Mariah Carey was upset by rumors that Rihanna was reconnecting with Chris Brown.” Mariah, 43, had a horrible marriage to record exec Tommy Mottola and later endured a public breakdown. “She sees a lot of herself in Rihanna and wants to protect her,” the insider says. Evelyn Lozada Files for Divorce from Chad Johnson?!

Chiiile this is one story I am defnitely “Tee Eye RED”<–[tired] of hearing about! I am only posting because it is deemed “celebrity news”. And, although I absolutely do not condone domestic violence, it was kind of written in the cards for someone somewhere to eventually wop-bop Evelyn’s *ss upside the head. If you’re big and bad enough to literally run across conference room tables barefoot, fling wine bottles across the room at folk’s heads, and make all types of threats to cause bodily harm to others, then woman yo’ *ss up and be able to take it!

Now, the word on the sidewalk is that Evelyn has just filed for divorce from Chad after only being married for 6-weeks. Evelyn Lozada and Kim Kardashian certainly are running neck-and-neck with the whole shortest marriage thingy. Anyhoo, peep what Essence posted about the divorce ordeal:

It’s been a downward spiral for Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson since Saturday night’s domestic violence incident. Lozada filed for divorce today after just six weeks of marriage.

TMZ has obtained documents in Florida in which Lozada claims her marriage is “irretrievably broken.” The two wed on July 4 on the island St. Maarten in a lavish ceremony that was set to air on their new VH1 show, Ev and Chad, before the network pulled the plug on it Tuesday. Johnson, who joined the Miami Dolphins in June, was cut from the team on Sunday after meeting with team officials.

Their domestic dispute began when, according to Florida police, Lozada found a receipt for condoms in Johnson’s Maserati. During the ensuing argument, he allegedly head-butted Lozada, leaving her with a 3-inch gash on her forehead. (Johnson claims it was Lozada who head-butted him.) She was treated for her injuries at a nearby hospital and was released. Johnson was booked on domestic violence charges and was released on $2,500 bail.

Earlier today, Lozada released a statement about the incident: “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me. It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well.”

The troubled newlyweds had a prenuptial agreement in place.

Child boo! There’s an old adage that says, “You live by the sword, you die by the sword.” Simply put, Evelyn’s *ss had it coming! There also one that says, “You can’t turn no heaux into a housewife.” That last one is pretty self explanatory. Yeah, I said it…and what?!

SN: I’m willing to bet that Evelyn’s ex-bestie, Jennifer Williams, is somewhere secretly giggling her hind parts off about this.

Toya Wright Slaps K. Michelle With A Gag Order?!

Word on the sidewalk is that the drama between singer K. Michelle and her ex, Memphitz, probably won’t be fizzing out any time soon. His wife, Toya Wright (aka the mother of Lil Wayne’s oldest child) recently did an interview with Talking With Tammy, and in it she noted that while K. Michelle is “irrelevant” to her she felt compelled to speak out after the singer’s interview on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club. Toya said:

“She [K. Michelle ] went on ‘The Breakfast Club’ radio show running her mouth and talking about me and my husband… The picture she’s painting of my husband is not my husband. I’ve known him for six years. And I know several women that he has dated that never said anything about abuse. And, if somebody abused you like that, where’s the proof? Where’s the police report?…”

“The crazy part about it – everybody says that you’re crazy and you hit them. Everybody I know says that you’re the abuser. I just wish she would stop saying my name. I’ve got a gag order that I just got placed on her… I’m not a hater but please stop talking about me, my husband, and my family. Go promote your music. I’m not even on that. I’m not a negative person. I don’t wanna fight you. I’m happy. I love my husband. It does not matter what you say. I’m not leaving him… You have all these false allegations but no proof. Show everybody and you’ll shut everybody up.”

Toya also acknowledged that Mona Scott Young, an executive producer of Love & Hip-Hop: ATL, asked Memphitz to come on the reunion show to defend himself against allegations that he abused K. Michelle, but she told him not to. Toya added:

“I told him don’t feed into that. Get your attorney involved. She has no storyline. You are her storyline… Why would you be a part of that? Why would you do their reunion show? No, we’re not trying to help you get ratings.” Toya further described K. Michelle as, “crazy…schizo…cries at the drop of a dime…just an all around crazy person…this girl is really a nut case…” Toya’s advice to people is to “really ignore her because she just likes to take shots at people. She’s just looking for ways to come up.”

Nene Leakes Fired From The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’?!

Looks like Nene Leakes will be joining her nemesis Sheree Whitfield in the unemployment line. According to several published reports, the loud mouth front woman of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ got into a physical fight with castmate Kandi Burruss while taping an episode of Season 5 and ultimately ended up striking one of the producers.

As it appears on News One:

The brassiest member of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ reality series NeNe Leakes could be getting a pink slip for her latest outlandish shenanigans. Reportedly, the highest paid diva of the bunch got in to a physical altercation with cast member Kandi Burruss, and she allegedly struck a producer during the brouhaha, according to The Christian Post.

Sources say that Leakes was the aggressor and the circus animal antics took place while a Season 5 episode was being filmed. The series airs on the Bravo network, which has a zero-tolerance policy for physical violence that extends not only to a show’s co-stars but to the working crew as well.

The no-laying-of-hands edict is stipulated on the contracts that are provided to cast members of the show that Leakes did agree to adhere to during their filmed episodes. Andy Cohen, who sits at the helm of Bravo, has expressed his disdain for physical violence on televised interviews in the past.

So does the recent alleged fisticuffs between the 44-year-old Leakes and 35-year-old Burruss mean that someone could get a Louboutin boot off the show? (Can somebody say, “NeNe!”)

The last cast member reportedly fired was Sheree Whitfield, who made salary demands last year that were not met. The ‘She By Sheree’ wannabe designer on the other hand said she left the popular show because of the fighting and cattiness.

There were also rumors that blond wig-wearing Kim Zolciak got snipped from the show, but she says that the talk is just rumors: the expectant newlywed says that her job as an Atlanta Housewives cast member is still safe and secure.

Shaunie O’Neal Says She Was Blindsided By ‘Basketball Wives’ Firings?!

For those of you who were not happy that VH1 abruptly fired Jennifer, Kenya and Royce from it’s hit reality show ‘Basketball Wives’, Shaunie O’Neal’s lying *ss wants you all to know that she had absolutely nothing to do with it.

Though it’s been reported Shaunie fired all three women from the show [and alluded to the fact she knew who was going to get fired in other interviews], she now claims she was blindsided by the news when they were let go. O’Neal, who is an executive producer on the show, maintains the other producers have left her in the dark when it comes to the show since they butted heads over the show’s direction. Shaunie is said to be furious over the firings and says she isn’t afraid to walk away from the show if it becomes something she no longer believes in.

Hmpf..I find it hard to believe that as an “executive producer” she doesn’t have a clue what’s going on with the show. Nice try Ms. Thang! But after watching the show and taking notice of how you didn’t film with Royce, and allowed both Evelyn and Tami to bully Jennifer and Kesha, the verdict is out that this is just your way of trying to save face. <— #EpicFail

Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex Claims He’ll Ruin Nicki Minaj!

I think female emcee Nicki Minaj may have made a new enemy and, he goes by the name of Funkmaster Flex! Although he didn’t exactly say Minaj’s name, reports claim the popular Hot 97 radio jock took quite a few shots at the platinum-selling rapper following her Summer Jam disappearing act, which she was scheduled to headline.

Minaj being a “no-show” at Summer Jam was far from lost on Funkmaster Flex’s mind. In between his multiple shouts out to New Jersey, the DJ alluded to rappers being “afraid” to take the stage. MetLife Stadium remained packed from the floor to the top risers as Flex continued to launch digs at Minaj, saying it’s her fault she “lost the streets.” He goes even further with the taunts and says, “You think you didn’t sell any records this time? Tune in to me tomorrow at 7 o’clock. I’m gonna ruin a career!” Then he got back to his high-energy set but not before urging the crowd to jump on Twitter and add him: “Add me on Twitter right now @FunkmasterFlex!”

Flex also got on Twitter and proclaimed his loyalty to Hot 97 exec, Peter Rosenberg.

“@NICKIMINAJ don’t end up on that #Hot97SummerJam screen. <— @funkmasterflex is not playing.," Flex retweeted Sunday (June 3rd).

“@Rosenbergradio hot97!!! For life!!!!!!”

Prior to hitting the stage Minaj confirmed she would not appear at Summer Jam, despite being one of the show’s main headliners. She tweeted:

“Not blak but on blak radio dissin blak women > RT @JAE_MILLZ Radio personality with NO personality… f*ck n*gga!!! & u ain’t even black.”

“I go above and beyond for my fans. But won’t ever go against wayne’s word. What he says, goes.”

“I’d like to thank the staff @ philly & boston summer jams for treating their guests w/respect! Had a blast.”

According to reports, it was Lil Wayne’s decision to pull his Young Money team from the lineup as a result of Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg calling out Nicki Minaj’s “Starships” anthem.

Hmmm..what happened in those few short hours to make Wayne pull the plug, you ask? We’re hearing that Rosenberg made a comment that the Young Money exec wasn’t too fond of while on air during the pre-show to the effect of, “Shout out to all my real hip-hop heads and none of these ‘Starship’ artists” So, how did this affect the show? Out of the entire YMCMB crew only Nicki Minaj and Tyga were confirmed to perform [although Minaj inevitably would have brought the whole label family out with her]. Tyga had already taken the stage and performed his set, but he was the last of the Young Money crew to make an appearance.

Rapper Trina Makes a "Diss Track" About a Star of ‘Basketball Wives’?!

MediaTakeOut is reporting that rapper Trina has made a “diss record” about ‘Basketball Wives’ Jennifer Williams in defense of her now good friend Evelyn Lozada. The outlet even made reference to some very specific lyrics in the Diamond Princess’ track, especially this particular verse:
